Last Man Standing 3 is off and running. Round One [of four] closed today, and we eagerly await what 360 contenders have created for the current theme, Underneath it All. Follow the competition over the next several months and check out all of the crazy beautiful work created for LMS3.
I recently joined the team at Spacetime Studios as Senior Concept Artist. Spacetime Studios is an independent game developer in Austin currently working on an original IP to be published by NCSoft.
From scribbles to finishes, lab luna is my visually rambling contribution to the artblogosphere, semi-frequently updated with sketches, plein-air studies, digital speedpaints, concept art and assorted entertainment design miscellanea.
Scott Robertson's ALIEN RACE: [ Visual development of an original intergalactic adventure ] will be out in stores July 2008. I had the opportunity to work with Scott and the tremendously talented Peter Chan and Justin Pichetrungsi on this exciting new project. It was an extremely fun Summer with the guys collectively creating hundreds of drawings and paintings for the new book from Design Studio Press.
I am honored to be a part of In The Future..., the recent concept design publication from Design Studio Press. The book features work by a group of 21 designers from the entertainment program at Art Center College of Design.
